VANDALIA - Dottie (Rumer) Musselman of Vandalia will celebrate her 70th birthday Jan. 30. She was born in 1940 and married to the late Chuck Musselman. Dottie has two sons and daughters-in-law, Bob and Anne Vance and Jeff and Susan Vance all of Vandalia. She has three grandchildren. The family will celebrate with her 2-5 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 30 at the Tipp City Church of the Nazarene Family Center, 1221 W. Main St. They ask that friends and family along with children she has impacted in the last 47 years through childcareare invited to join them. Share stories and memories with Dottie.
